Laith always speaks with authority and credibility. It must be very hard for him to cope with the injustice he sees all around him fueled by US, EU and UK political leaders. Thanks Rachel.

The Syrian people, and most of the people in and around Syria, are now paying a heavy price of losing the security and the prosperity, which the Assad government brought to them All since the early 1960's, when Syria experienced real freedom, from French Colonialism.

The Soviet Union, and in recent years, the Russian Federation, kept advancing Syrian society, into a better free life... until the Us led, financed and organised terrorists, braided, threatened and murdered the very best Syrian people.

So now, as it happened in Libya, Syria is ruled by ex Al-Quida terrorists.. bought, financed, and ruled by the Us led west.

However, as usual, these terrorists turn onto the hand that fed fed them..all along.. ie, the US led west.

The Russian military bases are still fully operational in Syria.. and No terrorist group will ever try to dislodge them... to the great disappointment of the west.

If you listen to western media, you will assume that the US led west and Israel is winning in the conflicts of the world.

But if you look at the reality, you will see, before any doubt, that US led west and Israel are getting their arses kicked...real bad.

Why doesn’t Iran take all the civilians from Gaza into Iran for safety until the war is settled ?

Not doing so gives credibility to the statements they are being used as shields !

The most difficult to control is acts what Hamas did. The German military on the Eastern front used up a tremendous amount of resources to try to stop resistance and gorilla attacks. I did a couple of tours of Northern Ireland in the 70’s with the British Army we had a large military and resources dedicated to stop terrorist acts but they were always able to do something. Afghanistan same, you just cannot prevent acts of violence you may slow it down and have some success but you cannot end it, until you either have brought a nation to its knees or find some peace treaty both sides can agree to.
